Hair Strengthening Oil
How should I use this product?
Apply to scalp and hair ends prior to shampooing. Gently massage the scalp with fingertips or scalp massager for a few minutes. Allow to sit for approx 2–3 hours. Rinse out and proceed with your usual wash routine. Repeat 2–3 times a week for better results.
Can I use the oil in brows and lashes?
While the oil can be used on your brows, it should not be used on your eyelashes for safety reasons. An eyelash growth serum is in development and will be available soon.
Can I leave it overnight?
Avoid leaving the oil overnight to prevent clogged hair follicles, as this can lead to increased shedding and will delay your hair progress.
Can I combine with other hair oils/products?
You can definitely combine our hair strengthening oil with your favorite hair products. For optimal results, apply our hair strengthening oil alongside your usual hair care routine.

How long does it take to see results?
Results may begin to show in your hair in just 4 weeks with consistent usage as directed. However, typically it requires 8–12 weeks for noticeable results to become apparent. Acknowledge that each person may experience hair growth differently. It's important to note that results may vary based on factors like hair health, genetics, and adherence to usage instructions. Patience and consistency are key for optimal results.
Does it work for men/beards too?
Our hair oil delivers effectiveness for both males and females, applicable to all hair types and genders.
Can I use it everyday?
Yes! You can totally use our hair oil on a daily basis. However, make sure to wash your hair after each use to avoid product build-up on the scalp and clogged hair follicles.
Does it have a strong smell?
The hair oil possesses a noticeable yet not overpowering mint and rosemary scent. Customers have reported feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after using the hair oil.

What if I start seeing more shedding after using the hair oil?
In new scalp oiling, you might start to see weak hair follicles shedding to make room for stronger, healthier ones. This phase typically lasts a few weeks. If excessive shedding continues, stop use.
What if I have an allergic reaction to the hair oil?
If you start experiencing any type of discomfort like burning, itching or excessive shedding while using the hair oil, discontinue use immediately.
Can I stop using the hair oil once I reach my hair goals?
Discontinuing the use of the hair oil is not recommended, as the hair will always require the vitamins and benefits of the oil to maintain its fullness and health. Ensure that you continue to incorporate the hair oil into your hair care routine for optimal results.
Can it be used on kids safely?
The hair oil is designed for adult use exclusively. It is important to acknowledge that this product is not suitable for children.
Shipping & Processing
How long is the processing time after I placed an order?
Processing time typically takes around 4-5 business days. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotions.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes, Once your order is shipped, an email confirmation containing tracking information will be sent to you.
What shipping provider is used?
We are currently using USPS as our shipping provider.
Incorrect shipping information?
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer was not home for delivery or the package exceeded the maximum amount of time to be held at a pick-up location, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. No refunds will be issued if the address is incorrect.
Lost or stolen packages?
Lost or stolen packages with confirmed delivery to the order address are not our responsibility. Contact the carrier for delivery details. Provide tracking info for investigation support.

You may cancel an order if it has not been shipped yet. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
